I asked Shaykh Daghash Al-‘Ajmi:

“Some brothers have lost hope in marrying sisters who were raised in the West, so they seek marriage with sisters from Muslim countries overseas and then bring them to live in the West. What is your advice regarding this?” The Shaykh hafidhahullah gave an answer similar to this.
